NTSC CONVERSION
Often a program travels overseas to America or Japan and needs to be converted from the Australian/British PAL standard to North America’s NTSC. The different resolutions and frame rates can cause severe degradation to the picture quality and it is important to use professional hardware transcoding to avoid stuttered movement and blurred pictures.
